> Small, founder-led NDIS support provider for self-managed and plan-managed participants in central Brisbane and the central Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Founded and run by Heidi Griffiths. Not an NDIS-registered provider — which is why we work with self- and plan-managed plans, who can choose any provider.

## What we help with (NDIS core supports)
- Help at home (assistance with daily life): personal care, meals, routines, household tasks — /services/help-at-home
- Getting out and about (social & community participation): sport, appointments, groups, outings — /services/getting-out-and-about
- Transport: to work, day programs, medical visits, outings, with a support worker you know — /services/transport
- Everyday things & skills: budgeting, public transport practice, everyday supplies, independence goals — /services/everyday-skills

## Where we work
- Brisbane: inner city & northside, southside, bayside & the Redlands (Cleveland). Not Ipswich or Logan at the moment.
- Gold Coast: central coast — Southport, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Robina, Burleigh, Coolangatta. Not the hinterland yet.

## What it costs
At or below the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits; rates in writing before the first shift; no sign-up fee, no minimum term, no lock-in; plain-English service agreement. ## Things you can check
Every worker: NDIS Worker Screening clearance, Blue Card where working with children, current First Aid & CPR. Insured (public liability & professional indemnity). Records encrypted; Privacy Act 1988 + NDIS Practice Standards. Change your worker any time. Complaints: Heidi first, or the NDIS Commission 1800 035 544. ## Working for Keystone
We hire support workers in Brisbane (inner city, northside, southside, bayside, Redlands) and on the central Gold Coast. Casual, part-time and full-time. SCHADS award rates plus super; kilometres reimbursed. Every worker needs an NDIS Worker Screening clearance, a Blue Card where supporting under-18s, current First Aid & CPR, and Australian work rights — we help people apply for the ones they do not have yet.
